The Professional Development Center (PDC) has become the hub of personal and professional development for the entire WFU campus. With the addition of two cohort leadership programs for aspiring and senior leaders, coaching, and a competency-based program, the PDC’s mission is to encourage and allow individuals to bring the best of who they are to every situation. This presentation will cover the PDC history and will focus on collaboration, how to engage a community and lessons learned.
