Competitive Talent Development: Strategic Application of Knowles' Theory of Learning In A Dynamic Labor Market

Are you all "Zoomed Out"?

Ready for a live and in-person, interactive meeting?

Well, so are we!

Join us for a live and in person,  immersive and engaging session that will focus on the relevance of the adult learning principles for organizations of all sizes and industries. This topic is something many in the Talent & Development and HR related fields are acutely aware of given the impact of the pandemic on the workforce.

This session will partner participants and guests in exploring together, solutions and applications for talent development across all stages of the career cycle: from recruiting to retirement.

John Adamcik, SHRM-SCP, SPHR will lead and equip us with tools and information to help navigate through this trending workforce topic during this exciting session!

John Adamcik is a speaker, writer, podcast host, and minister, who has presented in person, by video, and in a hybrid format to over 50 groups ranging in size from 15-100+.  Thousands of people were estimated to have watched a July 2022 presentation John gave with an established communicator via Facebook Live (over 56,000 video views according to FL metrics).

A strong presenter with over 22 years of Human Resources and Risk Management leadership experience,  John has gained a deep appreciation for helping people and organizations succeed. He enjoys serving as Human Resources Director for Baptist Children’s Homes of NC, Inc., (BCH) where he helped his team gain recognition with a national award (NU Property & Casualty 360 magazine 2020) and rank among the top HR teams in the nation (HRO Today, 2021), as well as BCH ranking 30th on the NonProfit Times magazine’s list of Best Nonprofits to Work For.

Most recently, John presented at the HRO Today 2022 Employee Engagement and Retention Conference in Atlanta.

In 2020 John began his master’s studies at Carolina University (Winston-Salem), and successfully completed the program requirements in June, 2022.

John and his wife, Jeanneen, recently celebrated their 31st wedding anniversary and have two grown children.

We look forward to seeing you!
