Join global learning leaders Laresa Jones and Tina Bjork while they explore how different applications of Design Thinking can help you more effectively ideate, prioritize, innovate and collaborate on solutions. 

    Attend this practical session if you want to learn how you can use Design Thinking throughout the flow of planning, developing and measuring your training programs for greater adoption and success. You will experience:

  • About the Presenters

  • Tina Bjork
    has been leading, designing, deploying and measuring learning solutions for the last 14+ years, and has led the transformation of onboarding and continuous development programs for numerous functional areas across the enterprise. Having recently relocated from Atlanta, Georgia, to Southern California, Tina is now a member of the ATD Orange County chapter. She is Luma Design Thinking Practitioner Certified, and highly skilled in integrating human-centered design throughout the learning process to creatively and collaboratively discover new ways to engage the modern learner.


    Laresa Jones is a Learning and Leadership Development Manager for The Coca-Cola Company. In this role, she is focused on identifying and managing organizational improvement opportunities to drive new business, retain existing business, and expand existing business. She is a dynamic training manager and highly effective leader and manager of teams, helping to develop people skills with professionals on all levels of the organization. Laresa has a finesse for cultivating a positive work environment in which staff is equipped with the tools to succeed, and want to succeed, for themselves and the business as a whole. Her specialties include instructional design, facilitation, team building, project management, coaching, process improvement, and consulting.
