Come get to know your local talent development colleagues and learn a little about what is in store for the Piedmont chapter this year. Join us for some St. Paddy’s day shenanigans with your favorite beverage, snack, and St. Paddy’s Day gear!
A staple of the Piedmont ATD chapter, our networking night jump starts our programming each year. This virtual networking event will be full of opportunities to get to renew connections and meet new colleagues after a year of not being able to see one another in person.
This event is free to all and open to anyone interested in talent development. Invite a friend!
By participating, you will have an informal opportunity to apply skills found in the ATD Capability Model - Building Personal Capability domain:
Communication: Skill in applying principles of active listening
Emotional Intelligence & Decision-Making: Skill in observing and interpreting the verbal and non-verbal behavior of individuals and/or groups.
Lifelong Learning: developing, maintaining, and leveraging networks across a range of people and groups inside and outside the organization.
