The L&D Cares Career Growth Summit is a signature program of L&D Cares. The goal is for key stakeholders in the L&D Cares community, including job seekers, sourcers/recruiters, L&D professionals, and HR tech vendors/professional organizations to come together to tap our networks so we can all talk WITH, instead of just ABOUT what can be done to co-create learning for Career Growth. 

The Career Growth Summit is a completely free event run 100% by volunteers. There are currently 97 speakers and 102 sessions. 

The themes for the 4 Days of Learning are:

• Tuesday, February 9: The L&D Job seeker: How do I land a Job?

• Wednesday, February 10: Where is Learning Going?

• Thursday, February 11: Learning Sciences - and becoming Future Ready

• Friday, February 12: Learning is Social and Connected: How to foster?

Each day also includes a Talent Fair with focus points that mirror the day's theme. The event is open for you to be able to drop in and out as your days and your other priorities allow. Create your own schedule and set your own agenda.
