  • Unleash Your Potential with the ATD Talent Development Capability Model – Your Blueprint for Success - Part I

  • Overview

  • ATD recently rolled out an updated capability model that illustrates what talent development practitioners need to KNOW and DO to develop themselves, others and their organizations.

Hear from ATD's Director of Credentialing, Morgean Hirt, about how this game-changing model helps prepare TD professionals for the trends we can’t yet see and the future we cannot predict. Explore the new interactive Capability Model, which can help you harness change for your organization.

  • Objectives

    • Understand the components of the new model - Discover the knowledge and skills that will empower the growth and development of talent development professionals
    • Apply the interactive tools to identify areas of growth for yourself or your whole team - Assess skill strengths and gaps for development
    • Create a personalized learning plan of resources to close gaps

  • Preparation

Participants are encouraged to complete the Talent Development Capability Model self-assessment after this session and return for Part II to learn about the skill gaps of professionals in the Piedmont region. The greater the number of self-assessment participants, the more robust the dataset can be for discussion.
